You are always able to access our webshop, even though you are not an existing customer at MultiLine. However, you are not able to see prices or order before you have your own private credentials for our webshop.

Our webshop is open 24/7. Therefore, using the webshop, you are always able to place an order, and you do not have to consider our opening hours. First time you order from our webshop a favorite lists is automatically created, in order for you to order quicker in the future. You also have the possibility to create you own favorite lists and name them as you prefer.
By using our webshop you will have access to everything in our assortment, whereas our hardback catalog does not represent the full assortment. You will also be able to view your order history from the webshop and access your invoices at all time, so documents are always stored in a safe place where you can find them.
We are currently working on completing a guide, so you will be able to see how you navigate throughout our webshop, just be following our step-by-step guide. No, you can also order by telephone. If you wish to order via telephone – please contact our customer service department – phone number + 45 7010 77 00. Our opening hours are Monday-Thursday 8 am – 16 pm. And Fridays 8 am – 14 pm. Our webshop is of course always open.
A favorite list is a list containing exactly the items you put on it. Its purpose is to make it easier for you to purchase the items you need. If you always purchase the same items, or you e.g. purchase one item on Mondays and another item on Fridays, you can create 2 separate lists and name them as you prefer. By using the favorite lists you no longer have to search through our categories or by item numbers – your favorite items is now on a list, and from the list you add them to your cart and complete the purchase.
After your first purchase in the webshop a favorite list is created automatically, as a service. If you want to purchase the exact same items again you can add them to your cart using the favorite list, and you do not have to use time finding the items you wish to purchase. You can see your favorite lists by going to “My Account” and selecting “My favorite lists”. You are also able to create new favorite lists and/or add items to current lists.
If you have lost or forgotten your login credentials, you need to go to "Login" and select “Forgot password?” and fill out the form, in order to request for a new set of credentials. Shortly after filling out the form you should receive an e-mail and follow the link in order to create a new password.
There can be several reasons for your inability to login to the MultiLine webshop. Please control that the entered e-mail address and password are correct. Please also check your internet connection.
If you have forgotten your password, please go to the Login button, select "Forgot password" and follow the instructions.

There can be several reasons for your inability to find an item. The item can be out of stock or delisted from our assortment. If you search for an item using our search, please check that you have entered the correct item number. If you search by item name please make sure to use the correct name for an item.
You need to be a customer at MultiLine and logged in to our webshop in order to see our prices. If you do not have a customer account at MultiLine you will not be able to see prices on items.
